Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging.

We shall not accept the return for following conditions:
~ Item that is confirmed received over 7 days.
~ Buyer does not contact us within the first 3 days upon the item is receive.
~ Item that is sent out without contacting us in advance.
~ Item that is claimed too big/small while the size of the received goods are same measurement as we given in the product page.
~ No photo proof of defect area of the item.
~ Item that is not return to us (sent out) within 7 days upon the item is received.

You may return the items if:
~ Wrong product(s) is given in terms of variations, size and/or color.
~ Seriously damaged that caused unable to use anymore.

Refunds

Once we received your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to you according to the original method of payment. You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
